How We Operate: Orders & Payment

Every order placed on our website is paid for securely through PayFast — by card, Instant EFT, or another PayFast-supported method. Once PayFast confirms your payment, we email you an invoice immediately and your order moves into processing automatically.

Orders are typically processed and handed to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days of payment being received. If any item in your order is out of stock or unavailable, we contact you directly before proceeding, rather than leaving you to guess.

How Shipping & Delivery Work

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein, with more limited options to remote areas.

Smaller, courier-suitable items ship at a standard delivery cost of R250 per order, free on orders over R5,000. Typical delivery takes a few business days once your order has been handed to our courier, depending on your location.

Large and bulky items — big appliances, furniture, and equipment such as shipping containers — can't be quoted at a flat rate. After you order one of these, our team contacts you directly to confirm the delivery cost, realistic timeframe, and any access requirements for your address (stairs, narrow doorways, etc.). Installation is available for an extra fee on select items — just ask when we're in touch.
