Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and Bloemfontein. Remote areas may have limited delivery options.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery is R250 per order, free on orders over R5,000. This applies to smaller, courier-suitable items. Exact cost and timeframe depend on the item(s) ordered, their size and weight, and your delivery location.
Large & Bulky Items
Large appliances, furniture, and items such as shipping containers require special delivery arrangements and cannot be quoted at a flat rate. After you place an order for one of these items, our team will contact you directly to confirm the delivery cost, timeframe, and any access requirements for your location. Installation services are available for an additional fee on select items — ask us when we're in touch.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment being received, before being handed to our delivery partner or scheduled for arranged delivery.
